We ship within the United States only.

Order Cut-Off:
Orders placed before 3 PM PST ship the same day; after that, they move to the next business day.

Handling Time: 1-2 business days to prepare your order.

Transit Time: 3–5 business days once shipped.

Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from checkout.

Shipping Rates: Flat $5.99 on orders under $209.00. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $209.01+. No code needed.

Where We Ship: Standard residential and business addresses only — no P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't cover reshipping costs for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Split Shipments: Multi-item orders may occasionally ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for loss or theft from the delivery location — but reach out, and we'll help investigate.

Delays: Peak seasons, sales, or weather can occasionally slow carriers down, outside of our control.
